The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, intends to issue solicitation 15B51523Q00000001 for the requirement of 2nd Quarter Subsistence items. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311991. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery beginning January 1, 2023.
The contract type will be firm-fixed price. The evaluation factors are price and past performance. Price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government will award to the responsible offeror (s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Failure to deliver within the established time frames will be considered as non-conformance under the contract terms.
The solicitation will be made available on or about November 9, 2022 and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website beta.SAM.gov. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. The anticipated date for receipt of quote is November 28, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. central standard time via mail or email. Each offeror (s) is required per FAR 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via beta.SAM.gov. Faith-Based organizations and Community-Based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. The anticipated date of award is December 1, 2022.
