Notice of Intent to Sole Source-Intella Software Licenses

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. The United States Secret Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Vound Colorado, Ltd., 10643 N Frank Lloyd Wright BLVD Ste 101, Scottsdale, AZ, 85259-2699, for the procurement of Intella Licenses, Maintenance and Support for Intella 100, Intella Pro, Intella TEAM, Intella Connect, and Intella Viewer. Based on this requirement, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is, 511210 - Software Publishers, with a size standard of $38.5 Million.

A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be submitted in writing via e-mail to darrin.obannon@usss.dhs.gov no later than 4:00 PM ET on February 14, 2022. Telephone responses will not be accepted. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in preparation to responses to this announcement.
