Description

The 36th Contracting Squadron, Andersen AFB, Guam intends to award a sole source contract to TBI (Trailblazer Innovations; Cage Code 4TW39). Trailblazer Innovations Inc. provides the only devices that are inter-operable with existing SOUTHCOM, JIATF, PACOM, NORTHCOM and State Dept systems (CSII, GCCS, Guardian, and Scryportal) via mandated NC, PACOM, SOUTHCOM architectures and servers. Specific configuration and capabilities, only available via Trailblazer Innovations Inc., ensure NC/State Department/SOUTHCOM/PACOM interoperability and integration. 

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is  14 August 2023. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the services listed above.

A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A Sole Source Justification Letter will be posted with the Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source IAW Far 6.305(a).
