CLARIFICATION FOR OFFERORS: A conformed version (SF33) of Amendment 0001 was posted to this opportunity on 9/30/21. To align with the requirements in Section L-3.3 Table 1 and L-4.5 please use the conformed version through Amendment 0001 (SF33) for submitting Section B and Section K. A signed original SF33 and signed Amendment 0001 SF30 are still required in the submittal for the model contract.

Amendment 0001 is hereby issued which provides workload data (previously issued with the draft RFP), updates to Section B, updates to Section C, updates to Section F, updates to L&M, final RFP Q&A's, and some additional informational documents outlined in Government Responses to the Q&A. Revised documents will state "Amendment 0001_20Sep21" in their title and changes within the documents are highlighted in red for additional and struck through and highlighted in red for deletions.
