The purpose of this amendment is to start Phase 2 and the duration of this project w ill be 730 days. Only those f irms w hom w ere notifed of their inclusion in Phase 2 are authorized to submit Phase 2 proposals. Proposals for Phase 2 are due 15 Apr 2024 by 2:00 p.m. CST.

The purpose of this amendment is to change CLIN 0004 & 0005 from base CLINs to option CLINs with the government to execise within 120 days of Notice to Proceed (post award).

The solicitation will NOT be extended, responses are due 1 December 2023 for Phase 1

The magnitude of construction costs for this project is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.
