Description

Request for Quote (RFQ) for Monkey Heaters and Monkey Heater Spare Parts.  Refer to RFQ and Attachment 1 - Product Description for complete details.  This is for the purchase of a Brand Name requirement.  The Brand Name Justification document is attached.

Ensure all Instructions to Offerors are followed and all Provisions/Clauses are filled in as applicable (see 52.212-1(m) Addenda) to include the front page of the RFQ (SF 1449) document.

Pricing Information shall be provided directly on the RFQ document.

Quote Submission Documents (at minimum): RFQ (SF 1449) completed, Pricing Information, Administrative Information, Provisions/Clauses filled in, Factor 1 - Technical Information.

Questions are due NLT 5pm Pacific on 16 August 2022.
