Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Military Personnel Officers G1 Training Symposium Conference AV Support

This requirement will be awarded to the Florida Hotel and Conference Center, Orlando. There are time and location constraints associated with this requirement that cannot be changed. The requiring activity has conducted an analysis of cost associated with this event and identified a location that has availability and represents the lowest overall cost to the Government. To conduct the training at this venue the only action required by the contracting office is to procure audio visual and setup costs for the selected site.  The Florida Hotel and Conference Center has an agreement with an Audio-Visual provider for this type of service. One vendor has an agreement at this site.  The cost of the AV requirements and set-up is minimal as compared to the total cost of the event and therefore a Sole source action to procure these services through the Florida Hotel and Conference Center is a reasonably prudent course of action.

This requirement and location have already been approved by DARNG and also had legal review as a part of the event approval process.
