The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Vicksburg, MS, intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price contract to MYJOVE CORPORATION for the procurement of a multiple physical site license from 23 May 2022 through 22 May 2023. The MYJOVE CORPORATION journals purchase is an essential to performing civil and military research missions at ERDC. These titles are being purchase through the MYJOVE CORPORATION. MYJOVE CORPORATION is a commercial supplier of research publications that provides a multiple physical site license and quote specific to ERDC. MYJOVE CORPORATION electronic title is the following:

This is the suggested source can furnish the requirements, to the exclusion of other sources, because the license is proprietary to MYJOVE CORPORATION, and no other vendor can provide the terms and conditions to the government. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. A solicitation will not be issued. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The information submitted must be provided in sufficient detail to demonstrate the vendor's ability to fulfill this requirement. The contractor must also provide a description of their past experience in fulfilling requirements which are the same or similar to this requirement and references for each. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
