Notice of Contract Action (NOCA)- SDVOSB Sole Source Procurement The purpose of this NOCA is to notify industry of the VA s intent of contact action, using other than competitive procedures for sole source awards to verified SDVOSB concerns, as authorized by VAAR 819.7007. The Miami VA Medical Center, Commodities Team, intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price contract using other-than competitive procedures to Veterans Healthcare Supply Solutions (VHSS) for the purchase of MRI Patient Monitoring System and related supply and service items: MRI Standard Monitor System w ecQ-TEK - ECG, SPO2, NIBP, C02MRI MONITOR Tablet Only (Excludes Base Station) IRadimed Roll Stand Flexible Mounting Adapter Training 2 Day (MRI Monitor) Dual Channel Invasive Pressure ipPod with Ewards TruWave Cables w Pod Charger Dual Radio Module Premium Maintenance Agreement: 1 YR Premium Maintenance Agreement: 1 YR Estimated value of this acquisition is $90,000.00. Estimated award date is on or before August 19, 2022. This is not a solicitation for quotes. Responsible sources may submit a quote (or capabilities statement) which shall be considered by the agency for future procurements, but shall in no way bind the agency. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this NOCA or any follow-up information requests.
