Description
SHIPCO PUMP AND MOTOR
1. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government anticipates a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order will be issued from this solicitation.
2. This requirement is solicited as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). for brand name only. The RFQ number is NIH-RFQ-6859169
3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01, dated 12/30/2022.
4. This requirement is solicited as a 100% small business set aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333914. It is associated with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees.
5. List of Item(s): The vendor shall provide the following item(s) in the quantities specified below.

6. Quotation Requirements:
The quotation must reference RFQ No. NIH-RFQ-6859169. The vendor’s delivery time frame must be specified in their quote. The vendor must quote on each line item listed in this notice to be considered. Quotations submitted for equivalent items must include item specifications.
b. General Requirements:
1) Only quotes for the Baldor Electric motor from the manufacturer or authorized resellers as listed above are being solicited and will be considered.
2) Offerors must provide their shipping lead time with a quote and any applicable delivery costs on their quote.
7. Delivery and Acceptance
Deliveries required by the contractor shall be made F.O.B. destination to the address/addressee listed below:

Unless otherwise specified, deliveries shall be made to the Delivery Point specified above, Monday through Friday (excluding Federal Holidays, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. by the delivery location time zone (Eastern Time, Central Time, or Pacific Time). Supplies or services scheduled for delivery on a Federal holiday shall be made the next business day.

This RFQ incorporates one or more solicitation provisions by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Provision 52.212-2 incorporated above is completed as follows. Quotes received in response to this RFQ will be evaluated using the lowest-priced-technically-acceptable (LPTA) methodology. To be determined "Technically Acceptable" the offeror must provide the item listed under item 5. Above. The Government seeks the earliest delivery; therefore, delivery times may be considered to determine the award.
