Description

The U.S. Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:

Building Maintenance Services, U.S. Consulate Fukuoka, Japan

The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to award Firm-Fixed Price Contract for one base year and four option years during the third quarter of fiscal year 2023.

The successful contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative and direct operational personnel to accomplish all work as required for multiple locations of the U.S. Consulate Fukuoka. The contract awardee shall perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance services on US Government owed properties. These shall include, but not limited to boiler operations, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and related mechanical inspection and maintenance services.

The Solicitation is planned to be issued in January or February 2023 and the solicitation package will be posted on www.sam.gov  with solicitation number 19GE5023R0017.

The solicitation package will only be available in the English language. Solicitation and award will be subject to the federal procurement laws and regulations of the United States of America.
