Description
The American Embassy San Salvador located in El Salvador has a requirement for mobile telephone services for the American Embassy San Salvador and land lines services in trhe Embassy Compound.
The prices listed in the RFQ Reference 19ES6023Q0004 shall include all labor, materials, insurance, overhead and profit. The government will pay the Contractor on a monthly basis for voice and data services that have been satisfactorily performed. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The contract will be for a period of one year with two option years. Prices should be submitted as per requested CLINs stated in Section 1.III.Pricing, of the referenced RFQ.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
