Virtual Fire Vendor Outreach Sessions (FVOS)

The USDA Forest Service East Zone (EZ) Equipment & Service Branch (ESB) comprised of Regions 1, 2, 4, 8, and 9 (map below) will host three (3) virtual Fire Vendor Outreach Sessions (FVOS) utilizing the Microsoft Teams platform.  
1.    Tuesday, Feb 22nd at 1700 MT
2.    Thursday, Feb 24th at 1700 MT
3.    Monday, Feb 28th at 1700 MT
These 2.5-hr sessions are an opportunity for small businesses seeking additional information on Virtual Incident Procurement (VIPR) System 2022 contracting opportunities within the listed East Zone ESB USFS Regions.  The 2022 advertisements covered during these FVOS are limited to the following resource categories: Water Handling, Weed Wash Units, Clerical Support Trailers (National), Refrigerated Trailers (National), and Heavy Equipment with Water.  

The 2022 resource solicitation templates link is below.  2022 VIPR advertisement schedule is tentatively open for quotes on or around Feb 10, 2022 with all advertisements closing on or around March 10, 2022.  FVOS attendance is not mandatory to submit a quote but registration in advance of each FVOS is mandatory. 

Registration Link is below.  The FVOS meeting invite link will be sent prior to the meeting.  Participants have the option to access the meeting link through their Microsoft Teams application or through their computer’s browser (no download necessary).  A conference call phone line will also be provided for participants that wish to only call in.
