Proposals are being solicited by the USDA, Forest Service for the Montrose Work Center Building Construction project. Base work consists of Ground preparation for new construction. Purchase, install, and construct the new pre-fabricated metal building of 6400 square foot with fiber cement lap siding as described in drawings. Option items include connect new utilities to new structure and existing municipalities, including but not limited to sewer, water, gas, and electricity. Provide temporary storage for current government property. Demolition of 6 existing structures.

Project Location: USDA Forest Service, 1318 6400 RD, Montrose, Colorado

In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a proposal and to be considered for award.
