Description
This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Quotes, W912HN23Q5002. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION: QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICTATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This will be procured as Unrestricted-Full and Open Competition. The NAICS Code is 333912 with a size standard of 1,000 people. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07.
Title of Requirement: FY22 Dissolved Oxygen (DO) Generator (DOCS 1500) Maintenance and Consumable Spare Parts, Chatham and Effingham Counties, Georgia.
Description of Requirement: Request for the supply of critical consumable spare parts, recalibrations, adjustments and the maintenance to be expected during the 2022 - 2023 operational year of the Oxygen generator. The contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation and other items necessary to perform the task.
Submission Requirements: Fill out pages 2-7, as well as the representation in FAR Clause 52.204-24(d)(1) and (d)(2), provide submission requirements identified in Performance Work Statement (PWS) and return via email to rohan.a.bryan@usace.army.mil by 21 December 2022 at 12:00 P.m. Eastern Time. Please CC Glenda Canty at glenda.a.canty@usace.army.mil.
Basis for Award: The Government intends to sole source this requirement to Pacific Consolidated Industries LLC. However, if another firm is able to provide the same products, the award will be made to the lowest priced, responsible, responsive quote, that meets or exceeds the product specifications. This is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-2, Evaluation – Commercial Items, and FAR 9.104.
The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
