Installation/Maintenance 4 Strands Single Mode Dark Fiber

Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) has requirements to procure phone service and maintenance for Fleet Readiness Center East, at two locations. Please see attached RFQ N6852023R0012 for more detailed information about this solicitation and the necessary requirements. Quotes are due by 6 March 2023 at 10:00AM EST. Westbrooke Location:

This solicitation includes follow-on support for the FRCE Westbrooke location; previous contract GS00Q17NSD3003 / M6700121F1083 awarded to Core Technologies, Inc. (CAGE: 1T5A1). The support at Westbrook expires in XXX and has since lapsed. The Westbrooke location follow-on requirement was previously synopsized via GSA E-Buy under RFQ N6852023R0012 (GSA ID RFQ1596220) and notice was provided via sam.gov. The requirement is hereby re-solicited via the open-market, as GSA vendor responses were not received.

The contractor shall reconnect and maintain four (4) existing strands of single mode dark fiber, 9/125 micron, SC type connections to Westbrooke Office, 500 and 500A Highway 70 W, Havelock, NC 28532 location to continue service connection between the Westbrooke Office and MCAS Cherry Point Bldg., 137 Mezzanine B. 

Lease 2.0 Location: The contractor shall install and maintain four (4) strands of single mode dark fiber, 9/125 micron, SC type connections for 115 Shackleford Court, Havelock NC, 28532, which is a new FRCE-leased  commercial point of presence (POP) location. The requested dark fiber is required to connect the existing Avaya telephone switch installed at Lease 2.0 (115 Shackleford Court) and connect to Station G6 Building 4397 on MCAS Cherry Point.  Upon installation and re-connection, the contractor shall provide a base period of performance of twelve (12) months for maintenance services and support, with an additional four (4) option years of maintenance services and support.
