Mass Notification Software

USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (AHPIS), Emergency and Regulatory Compliance Services (ERCS), Emergency Management Safety and Security Division (EMSSD) in Riverdale, MD anticipates a sole source service contract for a base and four option years under the authority of FAR 8.405-6 (a)(1)(I)(B)  (see attached justification) for the following requirement:

Establishment of an Agency-wide emergency notification system (ENS) to provide real-time alerts to APHIS employees during weather-related disasters and other emergency events allowing for improved employee safety as well as more effective employee accountability following disasters.  

This contract will be for a base period of one year with four option years for the Mass Notification system provided by Everbridge at an estimated amount of $336,000 over the five-year period.
