Description
The U.S Government currently occupies 17,138 rentable square feet,
yielding 15,103 ANSI BOMA square feet of office and related space in a
building under lease GS-02B-23848 in the Bronx, NY that will be expiring
3/31/2023. The Government has determined for economic reasons to add a
renewal option the current lease for five (5) years until the award and
buildout of the long term housing solution for this location is complete.
