Description

Request for Quote (RFQ) for contract FA9302-23-Q-0017, RAM Analysis

  1. The Government has a requirement to acquire the items listed on the attached Model Contract FA9302-23-Q-0017

  1. The Period of Performance (PoP) for this requirement is anticipated to be 27 March – 31 May 2023.

  1. The proposal should include providing the quantity, unit of Issue, unit price and total estimated value of the requirement.

  1. Your proposal shall be in accordance with the attached Model Contract (FA9302-23-Q-0017). Please include official quote when sending back package.

  1. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items (Oct 2014) applies to thisacquisition.

ADDENDUM to 52.212-2, Evaluation – Commercial Items (Oct 2014).The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Price and Technical Capabilities will be weighted equally to determine best value.

The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:

    1. Price
    2. Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement.

Information should clearly show and demonstrate your company’s ability to meet the stated requirements of section “(iv) Description of Product to be acquired.” Failure to provide enough information will result in a determination of quote being unresponsive to the solicitation

This will be awarded to the Best Value Offeror. The Program Manager will evaluate the lowest three (3) quotes to determine technical acceptability. It is a pass/fail basis. If a quote fails, it will be determined to be not technically acceptable. All quotes will be evaluated on their proposed Total Price. Of the three (3) quotes to be reviewed, the offeror with the quote that provides the best value to the government (combination of price and technical acceptability will be awarded.  Only one award will be made under this solicitation.

  1. This letter does not grant permission to begin work on the proposed requirement. It is requested that your proposal be submitted as soon as practical, but no later than close of business 23 March 2023 to allow for analysis and processing.
