The U.S. Department of Labor,  Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP), Division of Federal Employees Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation (DFELHWC) has a requirement to provide nationwide Nurse and Vocational Rehabilitation Case Management Services for the Nurse Intervention Program and Vocational Rehabilitation Program.
