The Department of Veterans Affairs, Bay Pines Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (BPVAHCS) located at 10000 Bay Pines BLVD, Bay Pines, FL 33637 intends to solicit a request for quote (RFQ) from contractors for Contracted Emergency Residential Services with Serious Chronic Mental Illness, in Pinellas County.
