Description
Notice of intent to purchase AED brand batteries and battery pads. The San Carlos Irrigation Project (SCIP) purchased AED brand Model G5 defibrillators several years ago. The AED G5 defibrillators contain batteries and pads that wear out with time. SCIP requires new batteries and pads for its AED Model G5 defibrillators. The defibrillators are currently nonfunctional, posing a serious health and safety risk. If a firm believes the agency should not proceed with proposed sole-source purchase, it should submit a capability statement and pricing information by the closing date stated in this notice. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $25,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
