Description

The National Park Service (NPS) has issued Amendment No. 1 to the solicitation for proposals to award a new ten (10) year concession contract to provided guided land tours within Crater Lake National Park.

Amendment No. 1 provides responses to questions asked in response to the solicitaion and provides updates to the Proposal Instructions and Exhibit B, Operating Plan.

Any interested party intending to submit a proposal must submit a "Notice of Intent to Propose" as described in the Business Opportunity and Proposal Instructions, no later than 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on September 18, 2024.

The NPS will not hold a site visit, interested parties are encouraged to visit the operation on their own.

The NPS is ONLY accepting electronic proposals in response to this prospectus. Any proposal must be received electronically, no later than 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on October 16, 2024, in the format outline in the Proposal Instructions, to be evaluated for award of the new concession contract.
