Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VHA Regional Procurement Office West, Network Contracting Office (NCO 17), El Paso, TX, intends to enter into an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for community based Residential Treatment Services and Transitional housing for Homeless Veterans with substance abuse and/or mental health disorders in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Texas Valley Coastal Bend Veterans Health Care System, Corpus Christi, Texas 78408. The term of contract is (1) Base Year with (4) Option Years, if the requirement continues to exist. Solicitation documents are anticipated to be available 1 June 2023, or shortly thereafter and will be posted via the System for Award Management (SAM) website. Prospective Offerors should not expect notification of issuance of amendments other than via the SAM website and are responsible for obtaining all amendments as posted. Prior to submission of a quote, Offerors are expected to read the solicitation documentation in its entirety to fully understand the scope of work and terms and conditions of the requirement(s). The VA anticipates issuing a 100% Unrestricted solicitation for this requirement. The solicitation will be available for download from SAM.gov | Home. Interested Vendors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies are available. The solicitation will provide instructions to Vendors about the quote submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the SAM website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database under the applicable NAICS Code. Firms may obtain SAM information at SAM.gov | Home. Note: Vendors that submit offers and are not registered within (SAM) under NAICS 623220 will be considered non-responsive. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 623220 (Residential Mental Health and Substance Abuse Facilities) with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million. The classification code is: G004 / Social Social Rehabilitation Note: This is not a solicitation.
