Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 is soliciting offers for Sterile Hazardous Drug Compounding Services (Pharmacy Compounding Services) for the Kansas City VA Medical Center located in Kansas City, Missouri. The Government intends to award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the period of performance of three (3) months.
Based on the market research conducted, no two or more VIP verified and capable SDVOSBs or VOSBs were identified and appeared capable of performing the requirement. In addition, no small business in any of the other targeted socio-economic groups appeared to qualify for a set-aside or sole source procurement. Therefore, this solicitation is unrestricted and open to all business sizes. All solicitation details are included in the Standard Form (SF) 1449 and attachments.
