Description

INTRODUCTION

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is conducting market research to define sources with the capability to fulfill the requirement of Role Player Support Services.

This Sources Sought is a Request for Information (RFI).  This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quote (RFQ). This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate for any cost incurred in developing information provided.

The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability and capability of qualified sources; (2) whether they are large or small business (and status); (3) their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition; and (4) if there are federal supply schedules available for competitive solicitation.  The responses received will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy. 

SCOPE

The TSA Training Center (TSATC) is seeking a contractor to provide Role Player Support Services in aiding the TSA, Federal Air Marshal Service (FAMS), Federal Flight Deck Officer (FFDO) Recurrent Training Programs, and the Canine Training Center (CTC).  Further details are delineated in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work.

RESPONSE INFORMATION

Interested vendors are required to respond by providing answers to questions using the Q&A document attached.  Answers to questions shall not exceed seven (7) pages.
