Special Notice

Crystal submersible water feature LED light using the following specific instrumentation and methods.

This is not a solicitation.  This is a notification of an intent to award a single source procurement under NAICS code 335122.  The Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service in Manhattan, Kansas will solicit and award a purchase requires Crystal submersible water feature LED light:

- (25 ea.) Crystal LED 165010 12-24VDC/30W White LED LIGHT FT FRIENDLY units, (25)

- (25 ea.) ELCORD00530 16/3STW CABLE 30FT for LED005 SERIES

- (25 ea.) LED160A044 LED160 44DEG OPTIC SET

The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide this requirement. 

The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  If firms believe they have the technical capability to meet this need, submit a technical capability statement along with business profile to Connie Faulkner at connie.faulkner@usda.gov by 7/02/2022. Any information received will be treated as market research information towards future similar or same requirements.  Quotations or proposals received in response to this notice will not be accepted since the synopsis is not a request for proposal. 

A determination to compete this action based on the responses received is in the sole discretion of the Government. All interested parties must express their interest and capabilities in writing via email to connie.faulkner@usda.gov. No faxed documents will be accepted. If no responsive statements are received by 7/02/2022 at 8:00 AM CST, an award will be made to Crystal Foundations.
