Description
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/EBAK), 425 Eastman Street, Robins AFB, GA 31098-1811) intends to award a follow-on, sole source service contract to Raytheon Company, Missile Systems Division, 1151 E. Hermans Rd, Tucson, AZ 85706-9367. This requirement is not a small business set-aside. The appropriate NAICS Code for this acquisition is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a size standard of $22 million. The service code is J016. The resulting contract strategy will be a definitive contract under FAR Part 15 solicitation procedures. This effort will contain a six-month basic contract period with seven annual options.
This acquisition is to obtain Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) on the High-Speed Anti-Radiation (HARM) Targeting Systems (HTS). The applicable Contract Line Item (CLIN) will be as follows: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Repair; Firm Fixed Price Incentive Fee (FPIF) --Program Management; Data—FFP (Not Separately Priced-NSP); and Cost Reimbursable (CR)---Travel. This effort will provide HTS CLS, including depot repair services and sustaining engineering for HTS pods, as well as a variety of other HTS sustainment-related services on an as needed basis, thereby maintaining HTS availability for the war fighter with performance beginning 31 May 2023. This synopsis will be solicited under Other Than Full and Open procedures under Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no Other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government does not own the data rights. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement and proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
Solicitation will be available and posted on SAMS and no hard copies will be issued. The approximate issue date of solicitation (FA8556-22-R-0001) is 6 September 2022.
