This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes under solicitation number: 36C26223Q0126 The Department of Veterans Affairs Tucson Healthcare System, Tucson, CA 85623 has a purchase requirement for Three (3) each fully equipped Club Car Carryalls 700 Electrical Golf Carts with additional features/accessories listed below. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies/services at The VA Tucson Healthcare System 3601 South 6th Avenue, Tucson, AZ 85723. Shipping included in cost. Brand-Name Only Justification VA Tucson Healthcare System has purchased and primarily uses Club Car Carryall Brand Electric Carts for hauling, transporting, and picking up various medical equipment and personnel throughout the facility to perform daily duties. VA Tucson Maintenance Team is already trained to conduct preventive maintenance services on these electrical carts and keeps repairing parts in stock to perform emergency repairs. By utilizing the same brand, the facility will have a vast supply of interchangeable parts along with current training of repairing these types of club carts and minimize the additional purchase on repairing parts in the future. No remanufactures or gray market items will be acceptable. Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 333924, Size Standard 750 Employees. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract. The Contract begins on the date of award. Due to time constraints, responses to the solicitation shall be due on Friday, November 25, 2022 at 10:00 Pacific Local Time.
