Description
The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information to identify potential contractors capable of providing the services outlined below. The Government is requesting industry to provide feedback to determine how to best proceed with procuring the required services. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY.
The Government anticipates the need for Furnishing Management Services (FMS) at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA). Contractor will provide all management, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to operate and manage services actively and effectively for the JBSA FMS. Furnishings and appliances movement shall be for all Unaccompanied Housing (UH), Permanent Party (PP), Pipeline/Techincal Training (TT), Basic Military Training (BMT) dormitories and support for General Officer Quarters (GOQs). These services are extended to other authorized facilities including all Fire Departments (FD) sleeping and entertainment areas across the spectrum. All facilities are located throughout JBSA to include Lackland (LAK), Chapman Training Annex, Port San Antonio (PSA) at Kelly USA Annex, Camp Bullis Training Annex, Fort Sam Houston (FSH) and Randolph (RAN). Facilities throughout JBSA will require intermittent movement of furnishings and/or appliances (F&A) throughout the contracted period. These services include assembly, disassembly, installation, pick-up, and delivery of all required furnishings and appliances. Prior to remove and delivery of furnishings, items shall be inspected for cleanliness and free of debris.
Please see the attached Sources Sought Memo and Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for further details of the requirement. This Sources Sought is strictly voluntary and is NOT to be interpreted as a request for proposal/quote in anticipation of a future contract award.
