Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
The Embassy of the United States in Pristina issued the solicitation RFQ (Request for Quotation) on the beta.SAM.gov website and Embassy website: https://xk.usembassy.gov/embassy/pristina/contract-solicitations /
The requirement is for providing Maintenance and Inspection services of the facility’s fuel systems for the U.S. Embassy in Pristina. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.
The estimated cost of this RFQ is $130,000. Please note that these are only estimates.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
