Description

This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  This Request for Quote (RFQ), incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through May 2022.

This RFQ is solicited as Brand Name within North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 511210 and small business size standard of $41.5M.

NGA intends to award one Firm Fixed-Price purchase order, to the lowest priced offeror, that meets the minimum specifications and conforms to this solicitation with a period of performance of 8/31/2022 through 8/30/2023.

This procurement is Unrestricted.

Offer Instructions
In order to be considered for this requirement
A.  The Vendor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov.  Registration MUST contain the applicable NAICS code specified above.
B.  In order to respond to this Request for Quote (RFQ), you must be a manufacturer or authorized reseller of the software being requested. Failure to provide documentation to be an authorized reseller may result in the offerors quote being removed from competition for not adhering to the requirements of this RFQ.
C.  If the offeror is a product reseller and utilizes unique item numbers, specific to their company the offeror is required to submit the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) part and or product numbers with their offer.
D. Offerors are required to complete and return the attached Appendix 1 with their offer. 
E. Section 508 Compliance, offeror’s product must comply with the designated section 508 compliance items listed
