Description

The Commander Fleet Readiness Center hereby gives notice of their intent to award a sole-source contract to Professional Systems Associates (PSA), 1308 Florida Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401.


Custom form development support for the CM Pro web based software, which is a TDP Configuration Management and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool for TDP management. PSA, Inc. will provide extended implementation support (EIS) to NAVAIR in support of the TDP Health Assessment (TDPHA) module in CM Pro. The development support will focus on testing the capability for assessing, comparing, and associating TDP metadata and Logistics Product Data (LPD) elements and developing metrics and reports. The TDPHA module will allow programs to import their TDP and LPD metadata to do comparisons and produce reports and metrics on the quality and adequacy of the TDP and LPD. 


THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. 


However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within five (5) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
