Ceremonial Bleachers

THIS IS A SOURCE SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY. This is NOT a Request for Quotation and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract/purchase order. The purpose of this Source Sought Synopsis is to seek out interested businesses capable of fulfilling this service requirement.

Regional Contracting Office Parris Island is performing market research to determine available sources that can provide ceremonial bleachers as per the below specifications.

The applicable NAICS code is 337127 – Office Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing with small business size standard of 500 employees.

In addition, interested vendors shall provide the following information:

1. Is your business a small business under this NAICS code?
2. Refer to the below technical requirements for item specifications.
3. Estimated lead time of product after receipt of award. Consideration for award will be given to delivery lead time.
4. Cage code and DUNS number. Cage code and DUNS number must be registered in System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov)

Specifications as follows:
- 180 Seating Capacity (156 Seats w/ Offset 48" Center Aisle) 10 Rows High.
- DOT Placard (VIN#) assigned by manufacturer w/ Certificate of Origin.
- Sealed PE Structural Letter stating unit meets current IBC & ICC codes.
- 24" Row Spacing W/ g· Riser seat rows.
- Consistent seat slope.
- Powered bleacher actuation for one-person set-up.
- Self-Contained 12VDC Hydraulic System w/ remote operation pendant.
- Retracted for transport hydraulic cylinder pistons.
- Curb-Side, frame-mounted, lockable hydraulic/electrical systems.
- Automatic folding guardrails w/ main frame.
- Automatically stowable for transport without support pads.
- All-Weather Galvanized Understructure.
- Anodized seat planks, Mill-Finished foot planks.
- Galvanized, Zinc or Stainless Steel nuts and bolts.
- Pintle towing coupler or 2-S/16M ball Coupler w/ removable hitch.
- Single axle suspension w/ (2) tires, electric brakes.
- Highway lighting package w/ DOT marker and signal lights.
- Driver side facing seating arrangement.
