Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region has a requirement for janitorial services for the Flaming Gorge Visitor Center ¿ BOR Office building and surrounding area. The Flaming Gorge Visitor Center is located 45 miles NE of Vernal, UT on Hwy 191. This is a very remote area of Utah with a small population and minimal housing. The request for quote using procedures prescribed by FAR Part 12 ¿ Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13 ¿ Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be posted to SAM.gov on or about February 19, 2024. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded for a base plus four option years.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Janitorial services shall be provided for the Bureau of Reclamation, Flaming Gorge Visitor Center building, including offices, parking lot, visitor center elevator and surrounding areas.
The NAICS for this acquisition is 561720 with a small business size standard of $22,000,000. PSC is S201. Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management database found at SAM.gov and maintain an active registration as well as register said NAICS code in the ORCA section of the SAM registry.
