NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT- US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS (USACE)_Huntsville Engineering & Support Center- has a requirement for to develop a final work plan, and to provide and install Integrated Modular Medical Support Systems (IMMSS) systems.  The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to develop a final work plan, and to provide, deliver and install IMMSS systems and related products for PN 23POWD Role 2 Medical Clinic – Forward Operating Site (FOS) Powidz, Poland. The Contractor shall ensure the project is on schedule and within budget.  The Government shall consider all request for solicitation material received by 2:00 PM CST, 08 August 2023. All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafied capability to fulfill the requirement. The contractor must meet the terms and conditions of the base contract in order to qualify for this award. USACE, will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice.
