Description
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Office of Information Technology (OIT) has an existing contract performing the requirements for Enterprise Infrastructure Architecture and Engineering Services (AES). These services include ownership of the design, engineering, and implementation of complex IT products and services for the entire USCIS global enterprise. This ownership includes all necessary IT Security work support of USCIS IT Operations.
This RFI is being conducted for a replacement contract for AES after its period of performance ends. USCIS estimates this effort will have a staffing volume of approximately 75-125 people, organized in specific teams, this range may be subject to change and the final RFP will take precedence.
USCIS requires a service provider experienced and proven in terms of technology and IT modernization in the large enterprises.
The place of performance for this effort is to be determined. USCIS is interested in industry input on this. See vendor questions below.
An important area of focus for USCIS is for the service provider to demonstrate directly related experience in modernizing a large enterprise IT infrastructure environment, with emphasis on how the service provider managed and coordinated the workload and tasks.
