W912PM22B0034, SC-00009-19 Renovate Bldg. 3-3045, JSOC, Fort Bragg, Cumberland County, North Carolina

The Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District requires a contract for construction/renovation work within the JSOC compound at Ft Bragg, NC.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, tools, materials, supervision, general and specialized equipment, and services necessary to provide construction/renovation work within building 3-3045 in the JSOC compound at Ft Bragg. Construction/Renovation includes wall, floor and ceiling repair and refinishing, removal and replacement of selective non-load bearing walls, door reconfigurations, complete renovation of the existing latrines, fire sprinkler system reconfiguration, communication work, replacement of the existing HVAC systems serving the building including duct work on both floors, natural gas implementation, upgraded mechanicals, and replacement of selective electrical and plumbing systems including but not limited to, fixtures.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the size standard is $39,500,000.00.

In accordance with FAR 36.204(e), the magnitude of construction for this project will be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.

This acquisition will be offered as a 100% Competitive Small Business set-aside. It is the Government’s intent to award a single Firm Fixed Price contract.
