The US Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, has a need for Construction Activities for work on the Wilson Relief Well project. The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to the installation of relief wells at Wilson Dam, Kansas located in Russell County. The covered work will include all activities associated with installation and development of relief wells along with associated outfalls, modification of discharge piping for existing relief wells, lining of existing relief wells and abandonment of existing wells. The covered work will also include earthwork, rockwork, and clearing of vegetated areas. Additional work will include replacement of drainage features to transmit flows from relief wells and seepage from the sandstone face upstream of the outlet works.
The work that will be covered by this contract consists of furnishing all equipment, labor, operators, supervisors/site superintendent, quality control, supplies, materials, and incidentals necessary to satisfactorily perform and provide construction activity to potentially include, but not limited to relief well replacement.
