Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value)
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center – Pacific requires the purchase of a forty (40) Hose- McCann DMIP Sub-Assembly Kits for IP-HD-305B with Instruction Sheet for the Internal Communications Systems aboard the NOAA Ship Reuben Lasker.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2120-22-01430 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ).
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04.
(iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334290 – Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing. This solicitation is being posted as a small business set aside with a small business size limit of 750 employees.
(v) Line items are as follows:
CLIN 1: Speaker amplifier cards
(vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The NOAA ship Reuben Lasker requires the purchase of a forty (40) Hose-McCann DMIP Sub-Assembly Kits for IP-HD-305B with Instruction Sheet for their Internal Communications Systems. This is a brand name requirement for Hose-McCann parts only. Please include expected shipping costs in your quote.
(vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point. FOB Destination delivery is required no later than 9/30/2022 to: NOAA Ship Reuben Lasker, Attn: Frank Wood, NOAA San Diego Port Office, 10th Street Terminal, 1839 Water Street, San Diego, CA 92010.
(viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial, applies to this acquisition without addenda.
