SOURCES SOUGHT FOR MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS (MACCs), VARIOUS LOCATIONS WORLDWIDE: This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future.
This is not a solicitation announcement for offers and no contract will be awarded from this notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow-up information requests. No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a bid package or solicitation because there is no bid package or solicitation available. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this notice, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if any is issued. No offers are sought at this time and unsolicited offers will not be accepted.
The Commander, Navy Installation Command (CNIC), Facility and Construction Contracting Branch is seeking information only to assess the availability and adequacy of potential sources in support of U.S. Navy Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Construction; eligible firms capable of performing requirements for design-proposal-build (D/P/B) and design build (DB) type projects. The NAF also referred to as NAFI is the Non-Appropriated Fund Instrumentality of the U.S. Navy. References to the United States, the Government and other related references will generally be implied to mean the NAFI
Task orders will be issued for work which may require design and construction services. The work includes, but is not limited to labor, supervision, tools, materials and equipment necessary to perform new construction, repair, alteration and maintenance required for various program facilities.
RESPONSES
Interested Sources are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice by submitting a completed Administrative and Areas of Interest Survey form. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED and segregated.
Respondents will NOT be notified individually of the results of this sources sought notice.
RESPONSES ARE DUE BY 2:00 P.M. CT ON 14 June 2024.

QUESTIONS
Questions regarding this notice shall be submitted in writing, by e-mail, to the Contracting Officer at: christina.a.lemartin.naf@us.navy.mil. Verbal questions will NOT be accepted. Questions shall NOT contain proprietary information. Questions received after 2:00 P.M. CT on 4 June 2024, may not be answered.
SUMMARY
THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice ONLY to identify sources able to provide MACC design and construction services. The information provided in the Sources Sought notice is subject to change and is not binding on the NAFI. The NAFI has not made a commitment to procure any of the services discussed, and release of this notice should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become NAFI property and will not be returned.
