OVERVIEW
The Department of Veteran Affairs, NCO 6 is conducting market research to identify potential sources for CONSTRUCTION services described in the scope of work describe below. The place of performance will be at the Richmond VA Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia. In accordance with VAAR 836.204(f), the estimated magnitude of construction is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.

SCOPE OF WORK
The Contractor will perform all professional services necessary to perform construction services for project 652-22-200 Radiation Oncology Lab Renovation. The project requires the contractor to completely prepare the site for building operations, demolition and removal of existing structures, and to furnish labor and materials as needed to perform the work required by the drawings and specifications.
