The purpose of this amendment is as follow s:
1. Add RFIs w ith Government response as an attachment. Revision to the PWS as a result.
2. Add AT-OPSEC requirements to the solicitation.
All other terms and conditions w ill remain the same.

*08/28/2024: Amendment 0003 revises the CLIN structure. All other terms and conditions remain the same.

The purpose of this amendment is as follows:

1. Revise the PWS; latest revisions are annotated in blue font., 
2. Provide RFIs and Government responses; included as an Attachment to this amendment.

Revisions to the CLINs will be provided in Amendment 0003 on 28AUG24. All other terms and conditions will remain the same.

The purpose of this amendment is as follows:

*08/21/2024 - RFI # 1 Responses

1. Room dimensions and ceiling heights - The space for x-ray is 15’ length x 7’ width  x 7’ height.
2. Electrical Details - The power in the x-ray room is 208VAC, 100-Amp 3-phase service. The electrical could be reconfigured for up to 150 amps but there is only 120/208VAC in this area.
3. Other Details:  The current unit is supported by the floor with a wall mounted support rail. The new unit will have to be supported from floor to be used in this space. The overhead will not support the weight of any x-ray equipment and there are several built-in fixtures that would conflict with load bearing rails. (more to follow on the load bearing capability of the medical pod).

Guantanamo Bay Naval Station's Regional Contracting Office seeks a qualified vendor to deliver, install, configure, and program a ceiling-mounted X-ray machine. 

Requirements:

· Meet all specifications outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

· Coordinate delivery and installation of the X-ray system.

· Provide on-site training for staff within 60 days of contract award.

· Conduct one on-site maintenance in accordance with the PWS.
