Description
Project Title: Dyess AFB Painting IDIQ
The 7th Contracting Squadron is soliciting one (1) Single award Painting IDIQ with one (1) Base year and four (4), one (1)-year Option periods, to a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business at Dyess AFB, Texas. This IDIQ contract will be for a broad range of general paint requirements to include but not limited to: sand blasting/water blasting, cleaning of surfaces, application of paint, coating, surface requirements, providing materials, taping and finishing, wall coverings, and lead based paint removal at Dyess AFB, Texas via individual task orders.
The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the work as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) on an individual task orders.
Site Visit: An organized MANDATORY site visit will be held at 9:30 A.M 7 February 2024 . CST. All interested parties must RSVP to this site visit. To RSVP please email Trevor.Finch.1@us.af.mil and Tate.elie.1@us.af.mil. If the Vendor does not have existing base access, an escort will be provided.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: Vendors may submit questions to Trevor.Finch.1@us.af.mil and Tate.elie.1@us.af.mil by 9:30 A.M. CST 12 February 2024.
DUE DATE: Interested vendors must submit one (1) proposal electronically via email by 10:00 A.M. CST 1 March 2024 to Trevor.Finch.1@us.af.mil and Tate.elie.1@us.af.mil.
IAW FAR 36.204(f) the disclosure of magnitude for this IDIQ will be Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Award amounts will be determined at the Task order level.
The Government intends to award on a past performance trade-off basis.
