Description
The purpose of this amendment is to emphasis solicitation web address (https://piee.eb.mil/sol/xhtml/unauth/search/oppMgmtLink.xhtml?solNo=W9127S22Q6005) location with instructions and to provide responses for comments and questions received. See attachment: Solicitation Amendment 0001 - The US Army Corps of Engineers Little Rock District has a requirement for the Real Estate Division - Armed Forces Recruiting Offices Janitorial (AFRO) Services facilities. The services consist of ten (10) offices to include branches of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Air National Guards all located in counties within the state of Arkansas to include Batesville, El Dorado, Fayettville, Harrison, Jonesboro, Little Rock, and Searcy AR. The intent of this contract will be to provide janitorial services at all locations in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS), attachments and Bid Schedule for a term of one 12-month Base and four 12-month Option Periods. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, and items necessary to perform janitorial services IAW the PWS, specifications, directives and applicable laws. *Visit 'https://piee.eb.mil/sol/xhtml/unauth/search/oppMgmtLink.xhtml?solNo=W9127S22Q6005' to obtain more details.*
