Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ number is N4215824QE019 and the NAICS code is 335999. 

The Services Contract Division, C411, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the attached requirement. The proposed contract to be solicited as unrestricted. Howewver, this requirement is Sole Sourced to National Instruments Corp, No other manufactures will be considered. All responsible sources may submit a quotation and capabilities statement to be considered for future procurements.
