The purpose of this notice is to provide information based on this requirement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 2, Regional Procurement Office - East, on behalf of the Manhattan VA Medical Center located at 423 East 23rd St., New York, NY 10010 intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price sole source award to Graybar Electric Company, Inc., 2 Werner Rd., Halfmoon, NY 12065 for the purchase of Schneider Electric busway parts to replace three damaged electrical bus ducts. This sole source award to Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the procedures outline in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.5. This Sole Source is authorized under FAR subpart 13.106-1(b) - soliciting from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of this contract action deems only one source reasonably available. This Special Notice is being issued for information purpose only.
