S201--Janitorial Service Hillandale Outpatient Clinic & Bldg 5,6,14,15 and Bldg 1-E-Wing

2 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office (RPO) East, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on behalf of Durham VA Medical Center and Hillandale I & II Outpatient Clinic has a requirement for a contractor to provide Janitorial Services. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials necessary to furnish Janitorial Services. All cleaning supplies must be EPA approved for healthcare environment. Hand soap and hand sanitizer must be non-refillable, and EPA approved for the healthcare environment. See attached Performance Work Statement and appended performance location attachment. This is a Pre-solicitation only. Interested contractors should watch for the issuance of the solicitation which will have specific instructions and requirements associated with this procurement. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about 17 May 2022. In accordance with Public Law, P.L. 109-461, this is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside. This potential requirement may be for a base period of one year (1) and four (4) one-year options. The applicable NAICS Code for this procurement 561720 Janitorial Services, size standard of $19.5 million and the corresponding Product Service Code is S201- House Keeping- Custodial Janitorial.
