Description
This is a solicitation for roadwork and parking improvements in accordance with the attachments. The Government estimates the rough order of magnitude for this project to be between $25,000 - $100,000.
PRE-BID Site Visit: A hosted pre-bid site visit has been scheduled for 25 Feb at 10:00 weather permitting. Meet us at the large parking lot just south of Exit 2 on I-70.
A. Description of Work: Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, except for salvaged Government-furnished property, to improve an existing road and parking area, construct a timber OHV Loading Ramp, and replace wood poles on an existing fence.
B. Location: Work under this Contract is located in Mesa County, Colorado. The work locations are shown on the drawings.

9. Award Basis - Low Price Technically Acceptable with a through review of your technical response.
Minimum Requirements for a Responsive Quote
1. Filled out, priced and signed SF1442.
2. Technical Proposal - see important note below.
3. Bid Bond - 20% of total price.
Note: For a sufficient technical response, you must provide a detailed and tailored plan addressing this specific project which lists your resources, equipment, personnel, recent and relevant past performance, plan of operations, supervision plan, safety plan, etc. A simple recap of the SOW or blanket statement of "will comply with SOW" is not adequate and will most likely be deemed "not technically acceptable". It does not need to be long or fancy, just needs to adequately explain your plan.
