Description
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) hereby invites you to propose statistical process control (SPC) and process capability (PC) consulting services.. The consultancy shall include, but not limited to, the development of tools and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key performance indicators (KPIs) in the manufacturing of at least three types of food products. The resulting tools and SOPs should support humanitarian food suppliers in establishing their own unique process capability systems. This statement of work seeks to outline the service contract terms to produce the necessary SPC tools, templates, instructions, and training materials to enable food aid manufacturers to identify and assess their process capability indices (PCIs) through the gathering and analyses of production data or outputs to produce process capability indicators (i.e., Cp and Cpk), as preventively and real-time as possible.
